Kevser Inn Hotel

My family and I stayed for one week at Kevser Inn and we loved it. Halal friendly with well maintained swimming pools for men and women. The rooms are cleaned every day. The staff is warm hearted, friendly and very helpful. The food was so diverse and incredibly tasty. We are sad to leave this place where we all feel as family. I recommend 100% and will definitely stick to this one if I ever come back in the region.

I arrived much earlier than check in time, my room wasn't available yet. The man at reception was really money driven insisting that i either upgrade for the 4 days duration and pay almost double or accept downgrade in room yet pay same price!!! All i wanted is to check in early having flown for more than 15 continuous hours!! But he gave me two options take it or leave it type of situation!! I ended up cancelling my 4 days stay and losing the first night. Hotel management needs to put people first, then money will flow not the other way round?!!! Finally i have seen the room and facility, its far too basic, broken units and electrical appliances, dirty and way over priced. Certainly not a recommended stay. The below edit was added after hotel reply: Hotel management needs to stop being aggressive and rude to customers in thier replies!! stop living in denials. Instead work on improving your facilities, impose a daily cleaning routine, clean the pool, mend your air conditioning and replace all broken appliances. Most important "Please be honest" with your photos and visuals, do not deceive you customers and ruin thier holidays. Its good to note that almost all low scoring reviewers repeat the same observations and comments, yet you continually answer with words like "you are lieing" !! This place was very nice . The people all where amazing .. the food was so yummy something diffrent everyday . Im so full . We ate 5 times a day . The air here was so freshing and so clean . They helped with tours that was safari experience. If im in turkey again hope to come here . Thanks everyone for an amzing holiday . Thanks şule for all your help ❣❣

Hello, we had the opportunity to stay at KevserInn this year. We went on recommendation. Especially since my nephew will be with us, it was important that it was suitable for children. Positive sides: The food was fine. We are not a picky family, we were full and they were very clean. The cooks were kind and smiling. We loved the women's pool It was both clean and quiet. Sunbeds available Free hot and cold drinks The men's pool area was in the dining area. The service team consisted of smiling young staff. After breakfast Pita hour Lunch cake clock Evening meal There was a show in the evening. The magician, the dance team... Negative aspects: Unfortunately, despite the fact that its pages show there is a playroom for children, it did not! There was no playground nearby. There were parks that you could go to by car. There was only an amusement park opened at 19 o'clock in the bazaar. It's a tourist area, a street of bars. If you want to go out in the evening, you have to go to a far place by car. It was important for us to be conservative, and there were images that disturbed us both inside and outside the hotel. Even for breakfast, I read that it was family atmosphere and appealing to more closed people, but there were some people who covered their shoulders on a bikini. They were warned later, but they could not be prevented from coming several times. It would be appropriate for them to state this on their page. It was obvious that we were going to check in and the WC had not been cleaned. The brothers at the front desk seemed to be just getting started, some were very inexperienced. Some prices had increased even though they were written differently on the list. It is possible to arrange for foreign trips in the bazaar at a more affordable price. Unfortunately, it's not a place we want to go back to.
